1. Information We Collect

When you use TurnOver we collect:

• Account information: name, email address, password (encrypted)
• Property information: property names, addresses, checkout and checkin times
• Cleaner information: names and phone numbers you provide
• Usage data: how you interact with the Service
• Payment information: processed securely by Stripe — we never store card details

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and improve the TurnOver service
• Send SMS notifications to cleaners on your behalf
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send important service updates and notifications
• Respond to support requests

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Twilio — to send SMS messages to your cleaners
• Stripe — to process payments
• Supabase — to store your data securely

All third-party providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.

3.5 SMS and Phone Number Usage

Cleaner phone numbers collected via TurnOver are used exclusively for transactional SMS communication related to job assignments, confirmations, reminders, and alerts. We will never:

• Use phone numbers for marketing or promotional messages
• Sell or share phone numbers with third parties
• Combine phone data with other information for targeting or profiling

Cleaners can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message or by replying HELP for support information.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest. Your password is never stored in plain text. We use Supabase Row Level Security to ensure each user can only access their own data.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, your data is deleted within 30 days upon request.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Contact us at support@getturnoverhq.com to exercise these rights.

7. Cookies

TurnOver uses essential cookies for authentication only. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

8. Children's Privacy

TurnOver is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
