Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TurnOver ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TurnOver provides a software platform for short-term rental hosts to coordinate cleaning turnovers, manage cleaners, and track property status. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use TurnOver. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

4. Subscription and Payment

TurnOver offers paid subscription plans. You will be charged on a recurring monthly basis. Your subscription begins after the 14-day free trial period. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are provided for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use TurnOver for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm others, to distribute spam or malware, or to interfere with the Service's operation.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using TurnOver you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

7. Intellectual Property

TurnOver and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TurnOver and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

TurnOver shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. SMS Messaging Terms

Program Name

TurnOver SMS Messaging Program for Cleaner Job Coordination

Program Description

TurnOver sends SMS messages to coordinate cleaning jobs for short-term rental properties. Messages include job assignments, confirmation requests, time-sensitive alerts (no-show warnings, running late alerts), job completion notifications, and property turnover reminders. All messages are transactional and necessary for the coordination service. TurnOver does not send marketing or promotional messages.

How Users Consent to Receive SMS (Opt-In Paths)

TurnOver has two types of SMS recipients. Each has a separate, clearly documented opt-in process:

Path 1 — Hosts (Property Owners/Managers):

• Hosts create an account at getturnoverhq.com/signup.html
• During signup, hosts must check a dedicated SMS consent checkbox that reads: "I agree to receive SMS notifications from TurnOver for job coordination and property alerts. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out."
• The account cannot be created without checking this box
• Hosts receive SMS messages related to their property turnovers, cleaner status updates, and job alerts

Path 2 — Cleaners (Service Providers):

• A host adds a cleaner's name and phone number to TurnOver through the app dashboard
• TurnOver sends the cleaner an initial introductory SMS that reads: "Hi [Name], [Host Name] added you to TurnOver for cleaning coordination. You'll receive job alerts via text. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply JOIN to confirm or STOP to opt out."
• The cleaner must reply JOIN to confirm consent before any further messages are sent
• If the cleaner does not reply JOIN, no additional messages are sent
• If the cleaner replies STOP at any time, all messages cease immediately
• Cleaners receive SMS messages for job assignments, confirmation requests, schedule reminders, and completion notifications

No SMS messages are sent to any user without prior consent through one of the two paths described above.

Sample Messages

• "New job: Beach House, checkout 11am tomorrow. Tap to view checklist: [link]"
• "Reminder: Sunset Condo turnover today at 2pm. Please confirm: Reply YES"
• "[Host Name] marked your job complete. Great work! Next job: Thursday 10am."
• "Alert: No confirmation received for Beach House job. Please reply YES to confirm or NO to decline."
• "Job update: Guest checkout delayed to 12pm. New arrival at 4pm. Checklist updated."

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on cleaning schedule and property count. Typical frequency is 2–8 messages per week per user. Hosts with more properties or cleaners with more assignments may receive more messages during peak periods. All messages are transactional (job-related) only.

Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. TurnOver does not charge any additional fees for SMS messaging — it is included in the host's subscription. Cleaners are never charged by TurnOver.

Opt-Out Instructions

Any user can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any TurnOver message. After opting out:

• A confirmation message will be sent: "You have been unsubscribed from TurnOver SMS. No more messages will be sent. Reply JOIN to re-subscribe."
• No further messages will be sent unless the user re-subscribes by replying JOIN

For help, reply HELP to any message to receive:

• "TurnOver SMS Help: Job coordination alerts for STR properties. Reply STOP to cancel. Contact support@getturnoverhq.com for assistance. Msg & data rates may apply."

Supported keywords:

• STOP — Opt out of all SMS messages immediately
• HELP — Receive help and support contact information
• JOIN — Re-subscribe to SMS messages (cleaners: initial consent)
• YES — Confirm a job assignment
• NO — Decline a job assignment

TCPA Compliance

TurnOver complies with all TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) and CTIA requirements. We will never:

• Use phone numbers for marketing or promotional purposes
• Sell or share phone numbers with third parties
• Send messages without prior user consent
• Continue messaging a user who has replied STOP

All SMS communications are transactional only — directly related to job coordination. Consent is obtained before any message is sent and is documented in our system.
